लॉकडाउन में अदा शर्मा ने फिट रहने का निकाला नया तरीका, Video हुआ वायरल

देशभर में फैल रही महामारी की वजह से हुए लॉकडाउन (Lockdown) के चलते हर कोई अपने-अपने घरों में कैद है. इस दौरान बॉलीवुड सेलिब्रिटी भी जिम नहीं जा पा रहे और घर में ही रहकर अपने आप को फिट रख रहे हैं. ऐसा ही कर रही हैं बॉलीवुड के फेमस एक्ट्रेस अदा शर्मा (Adah Sharma). अदा घर पर रहते हुए अपने आप को तो फिट कर ही रही हैं साथ ही साथ फैंस को भी मोटिवेट कर रही हैं. आज हम आपको अदा शर्मा (Adah Sharma) की फिटनेस का मंत्र बताएंगे कि आखिर वो खुद को ऐसे हालात में भी कैसे फिट रख रही हैं.
